EPCO Electronics Manufacturing Industry and Trade A.Ş has had a wide range in the production of wound circuit elements since its establishment in June 2000. in 2010, by carrying the experience it has gained to "Led Lighting Systems", it is also producing in this field and acting together with foreign solution partners depending on the status of incoming projects.
EP-CO Electronics is in communication with academic institutions at home and abroad in order to provide the best solution to customer needs and to answer all kinds of technical questions and problems, and makes all kinds of necessary investments.
EP-CO has created its electronic system based on the principles of ISO9001-2008.
EP-CO Electronic if required, TSE, TUV, VDE, GS, BSI, UL, CSA, AGA, SEMKO, DEMKO, NEMKO, EN... it is able to produce and certify in accordance with its standards.
As a final word, we would like to state that we know a debt of gratitude to our customers and employees who have trusted and supported us since we were founded.
General Information
Inductance(coil) and transformer Two major classes of materials are used in magnetic cores. One of these classes of materials consists mainly of iron and other element alloys, including a small amount of chromium and silicon. These alloys have a large electrical conductivity and a large saturation flux density of about 1.8 tesla (T)(one T=1wb/m2) compared to ferrites. There are two types of losses in iron alloy materials, hysteresis-free and eddy current losses. Iron alloy core materials are mainly used only in low frequency (transformers less than 2kHz or 2kHz) applications due to eddy current loss. Iron alloy magnetic materials should be made into insulated thin sheets to reduce eddy current loss even at medium-level frequencies such as 60Hz. The cores are also formed from powdered iron and iron alloys. The cores made of powdered iron are electrically insulated from each other and thus consist of small iron particles with a greater resistance than the cores, which are noticeably divided into thin sheets. Thus, there is a lower eddy current loss to cores made of powdered iron and they can be used up to high frequencies.
